All visual depictions available on MyPlayBoo (the “Service”) are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because:

MyPlayBoo operates as an AI-generated content platform.

All images, videos, and other visual depictions available through the Service are generated by artificial intelligence based on user inputs.

MyPlayBoo does not produce visual depictions involving real performers, and does not require the participation of real individuals in the creation of the content available on the Service.

As a result, MyPlayBoo is not considered a “producer” of records for purposes of the federal record-keeping requirements described above.
