MyPlayBoo is an adults-only (18+) AI-powered entertainment platform operated by Cortex Innova Ltd. (“MyPlayBoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Users can create and interact with AI-generated virtual companions and generate content such as text, images, videos, and voice.

This Content Moderation Policy explains how we detect, restrict, review, and respond to content that violates our rules, including our Prohibited Content Policy, Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

We support creativity and adult roleplay, but we do not allow the Service to be used for illegal, exploitative, abusive, or harmful content.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all activity on MyPlayBoo, including:

  • User prompts and inputs.

  • AI-generated text conversations.

  • AI-generated images, videos, and voice.

  • Character names, bios, descriptions, tags, and profile details.

  • Public/shared content and character sharing features.

  • Usernames and account profile content.

  • Attempts to bypass safety systems.

  • Any other behavior or actions performed through the Service.

2. What We Moderate

MyPlayBoo is private-by-default. However, moderation may apply to:

  • Content you attempt to generate (before it is produced).

  • Content that is shared publicly or with other users.

  • Content flagged by automated systems.

  • Content reported by users.

  • Content associated with suspected policy violations.

3. Prohibited Content (High-Level)

You may not use MyPlayBoo to generate, request, share, or distribute content involving:

  • Minors or any “young-looking” individuals (zero tolerance).

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or implied CSAM.

  • Sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, or exploitation.

  • Human trafficking or promotion of trafficking.

  • Hate speech, harassment, or extremist content.

  • Severe violence, gore, or glorification of harm.

  • Self-harm encouragement or suicide promotion.

  • Illegal activity or criminal facilitation.

  • Fraud, scams, or deception intended to harm others.

  • Real-person sexual content (including celebrities) or deepfake-style sexual impersonation.

  • Incest, necrophilia, or bestiality.

  • Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent.

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Attempts to bypass or defeat safety and moderation systems.

4. How Moderation Works

We use a layered approach designed to balance user privacy, safety, and legal obligations.

A. Automated Moderation Tools

We use automated systems to:

  • Detect prohibited prompts or patterns.

  • Block or restrict generation of disallowed content.

  • Identify high-risk content categories.

  • Detect attempts to bypass filters.

B. Manual Review (Limited and Targeted)

In certain cases, we may conduct human review, including for:

  • Public/shared content.

  • Content reported by users.

  • Content flagged by automated tools.

  • Edge cases requiring context.

  • Serious safety or legal concerns.

C. Additional Protective Measures

We may also apply:

  • Rate limits.

  • Content restrictions.

  • Feature limitations (e.g., disabling public sharing).

  • Account verification steps in suspicious cases.

5. Reporting Content

6. Enforcement Actions

  • Blocking generation of content.

  • Removing or disabling specific outputs.

  • Removing public/shared content.

  • Restricting sharing features.

  • Issuing warnings.

  • Temporarily suspending accounts.

  • Permanently banning accounts.

  • Preserving records for security or legal reasons.

  • Reporting activity to authorities where required by law.

  • Some violations (especially anything involving minors) may result in immediate termination without warning.

8. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The prompts you submit.

  • What you choose to generate.

  • What you choose to share publicly.

  • Ensuring your use of MyPlayBoo complies with our Terms and policies.

Attempting to re-upload prohibited content, repeatedly generating borderline content, or bypassing safety filters is a violation and may result in termination.

9. Continuous Improvement

We regularly update moderation practices to respond to:

  • New abuse patterns.

  • Legal requirements.

  • Safety risks.

  • Product changes.
