MyPlayBoo is an AI-powered adults-only entertainment platform operated by Cortex Innova Ltd. (“MyPlayBoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Service allows users to create and interact with AI-generated virtual companions and generate AI content (including text, images, videos, and voice).

This Content Removal Policy explains how we handle requests to remove content from MyPlayBoo, including content that may resemble a real person or otherwise raises privacy, safety, or rights concerns.

We aim to acknowledge and respond to valid removal requests within 7 business days, and often sooner.

1. AI-Generated Content and Unintended Similarities

All characters and outputs on MyPlayBoo are generated through artificial intelligence based on user prompts and settings.

Even though content is AI-generated, we recognize that:

  • Some outputs may unintentionally resemble real individuals; and

  • This may raise privacy, reputational, or personal safety concerns.

  • We take these concerns seriously and provide a clear removal process.

2. When You Can Request Removal

You may request removal of content if you believe it:

  • Resembles you or another real person.

  • Includes personal information (doxxing).

  • Is impersonation or misleading identity content.

We may ask follow-up questions to locate the content and confirm the request.

4. Verification and Legitimate Requests

To protect users from abuse of the reporting system, we may request reasonable verification, such as:

  • Confirmation that you are the person depicted; or

  • Proof that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

We only request the minimum information necessary to evaluate the request.

5. Review and Action

Once we receive a request, we may take one or more actions, depending on the situation:

  • Remove the content from public access.

  • Restrict visibility (e.g., make content private).

  • Delete or disable the character or shared output.

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious violations.

  • Preserve certain records where legally required (e.g., fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance).

We may take immediate action without waiting for verification if we believe there is an urgent safety risk or a clear violation (for example, content involving minors).

6. Timeframe

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge requests promptly; and

  • Provide a response or resolution within 7 business days, where possible.

Complex cases (such as legal disputes or large-scale investigations) may require additional time, but we will communicate if delays occur.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We treat content removal requests as confidential.

We do not disclose:

  • Your identity;

  • Your request details; or

  • Your personal data

to other users or third parties unless:

  • You explicitly consent; or

  • Disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This Content Removal Policy works alongside:

  • Our Prohibited Content Policy.

  • Our Privacy Policy.

If content violates our Prohibited Content Policy (especially minors, exploitation, hate, violence, or illegal content), removal may be immediate and account enforcement may apply.
