MyPlayBoo is an adults-only (18+) AI entertainment platform operated by Cortex Innova Ltd. (“MyPlayBoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for users.

This Prohibited Content Policy explains what content is not allowed on MyPlayBoo. This policy applies to all content and activity on the platform, including (without limitation) text chats, AI-generated images, AI-generated videos, AI-generated voice, character profiles, prompts, public/shared content, and any other outputs.

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service will control.

1. Adults-Only Platform (18+)

  • MyPlayBoo is strictly for adults.

  • Users must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Any attempt to access or use the Service while under 18 is prohibited.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user is under 18.

2. Prohibited Content (Strictly Not Allowed)

The following content is strictly prohibited on MyPlayBoo, whether created, requested, generated, shared, or distributed.

A. Any Content Involving Minors (Zero Tolerance)

This includes:

  • Any sexual content involving minors (real, fictional, animated, or AI-generated).

  • Any nudity involving minors.

  • Any depiction of minors in adult or sexual contexts.

  • Any attempt to generate content that resembles a minor.

Important: This also includes content that depicts individuals who appear to be under 18, even if the user claims they are fictional or “18+”.

B. Exploitation, Trafficking, and Sexual Violence

  • Sexual exploitation.

  • Human trafficking or promotion of trafficking.

  • Sexual coercion, extortion, or blackmail.

  • Non-consensual sexual content.

  • Rape or sexual assault content, especially if eroticized or promoted.

C. Hate Speech, Harassment, and Discrimination

  • Content that promotes or encourages hatred, harassment, humiliation, or violence based on protected characteristics, including (but not limited to):

  • Race, ethnicity, nationality.

  • Religion.

  • Gender or gender identity.

  • Sexual orientation.

  • Disability.

  • Age.

  • Any other protected status.

D. Violence, Gore, and Extreme Harm

We prohibit content that:

  • Encourages or glorifies violence.

  • Promotes terrorism or violent extremism.

  • Includes extreme gore or graphic violence.

  • Encourages self-harm or suicide.

E. Illegal Activity and Criminal Facilitation

You may not use MyPlayBoo to:

  • Buy, sell, or distribute illegal drugs.

  • Facilitate weapon sales or weapon-building instructions.

  • Provide instructions for committing crimes.

  • Promote fraud, scams, or theft.

F. Incest, Necrophilia, Bestiality

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Incest-related content.

  • Necrophilic themes or scenarios.

  • Bestiality or sexual content involving animals.

G. Real-Person Sexual Content and Deepfake-Style Impersonation

You may not generate, request, or share:

  • Sexual content depicting real people (including celebrities, influencers, public figures, or private individuals).

  • Impersonation intended to mislead or harm others.

  • “Deepfake”-style sexual content.

H. Privacy Violations and Doxxing

You may not share or attempt to obtain:

  • Personal phone numbers, addresses, emails, IDs.

  • Private conversations, private images, or private information without consent.

  • Any content that invades privacy or violates data protection laws.

I. Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes:

  • Copyrights.

  • Trademarks.

  • Rights of publicity.

  • Other intellectual property rights.

J. Bypassing Safety Systems, Scraping, or Misuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass moderation controls or safety systems.

  • Share instructions for bypassing filters.

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the platform.

  • Reverse engineer our systems, prompts, or model behavior.

  • Use automated tools to interact with the Service without permission.

3. Responsibility for Content and Use

MyPlayBoo generates content based on your inputs, prompts, and settings.

You understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for how you use the Service.

  • You are responsible for what you request, generate, share, or publish.

  • You must ensure your use complies with applicable law, our Terms, and this Policy.

  • MyPlayBoo is for entertainment only. You must not use it to obtain medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We use a combination of:

  • Automated filters and safety systems.

  • User reporting.

  • Manual review in certain cases.

What May Happen if You Violate This Policy  

If we believe you violated this Policy, we may take action such as:

  • Blocking or refusing content generation.

  • Removing content (including public/shared content).

  • Limiting your ability to share content.

  • Suspending or terminating your account.

  • Reporting activity to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

We may take these actions without notice where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
