MyPlayBoo is an adults-only (18+) AI-powered entertainment platform operated by Cortex Innova Ltd. (“MyPlayBoo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Service includes AI-generated adult content and is strictly intended for adults.

This Underage Policy explains how we restrict access, prevent minors from using the Service, and enforce a zero-tolerance approach to any content involving minors.

1. Adults-Only Access (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or use MyPlayBoo.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You may not request, generate, share, or distribute:

  • Any sexual content involving minors (real, fictional, animated, or AI-generated).

  • Any nudity involving minors.

  • Any content that depicts minors in adult contexts.

  • Any attempt to generate content resembling minors.

  • This includes content involving characters who are described as “18+” but appear underage, “teen”, “schoolgirl”, or otherwise young-looking.

Violations may result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting where required.

4. User Responsibility

MyPlayBoo generates content based on the prompts, settings, and interactions you provide.

You are responsible for:

  • The prompts you submit;

  • What you choose to generate;

  • What you share publicly;

  • And ensuring your use complies with our Terms and Policies.

Attempting to circumvent safety systems or generate prohibited content is a serious violation.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We use a combination of:

  • Automated safety systems and filters; and

  • Manual review in certain flagged or reported cases.

  • While user interactions are generally private-by-default, we may review flagged content when necessary to:

  • Enforce our policies;

  • Comply with law;

  • Protect users and the Service.

If prohibited content involving minors is detected, we may:

  • Block generation;

  • Remove content;

  • Suspend or terminate accounts;

  • And take additional action as required.

6. Content Removal

Any content that violates this Underage Policy, our Prohibited Content Policy, or our Terms may be removed or restricted immediately.
